Watch lectures on practical techniques with examples from real projects and discussions of the "best practices." Master advanced techniques for estimating, risk management, creating dynamic schedules in MS® Project, modeling alternatives, managing conflict, performing variance analysis, and controlling scope. Watch the lectures whenever and as often as you wish with no time limits. It's a great ongoing reference.
3. Project Managers in Action Videos: Assess How They Did

At the end of each module, you watch a video of a project manager in action and evaluate their performance as they present reports, plan with executives, cope with conflict among team members and more. Submit your analysis to your instructor and get written feedback.

4. Practice Every Step and Your People Skills in 3 Role Plays with 1-to-1 Coaching

Practice all the techniques in 14 case study assignments and in private 1-to-1 role playing simulations with your instructor. Work on three case studies from Vailcrest Corporation, a growing organization that’s expanding to multiple states. The three projects are:
