Focused Topics are e-books that are 10-15 pages long with a video on a step in the project lifecycle. Includes a lecture and a video of a project manager and team members working through the step.

Once you have completed a focused topic, notify us by email. We will verify your enrollment and send you an exam for the focused topic. You pass the focused topic with an exam score of 80% or higher.
