Project Management Training: At Your Site or Online
We will design a project management training program tailored to the skill levels and requirements of your colleagues. This includes a case study like your projects to give them hands-on practice managing the issues and challenges they face on their projects.
The training program can be delivered at your site for up to 20 participants in a class. Or, we can deliver it online with each participant working individually with the instructor at their pace and schedule and periodic private meetings with your whole group. Both training methods use active learning, where students practice doing every step on a project.
Hands-on Training
Participants will learn practical tools and techniques, not academic theories and concepts. They'll learn what to do and practice how to do it in the customized project case study. Each person will receive feedback on their work from the instructor so they master the best practices.
