Practice the Tools & Techniques & Get Feedback
These case studies let participants practice using the tools and techniques they are learning and get feedback on their work from their instructor. They master what to do and practice how to do it. This allows them to be confident in their ability to apply what they have learned to their "real" projects.
1 Year of Support
Participants will also receive 1 year of on-going coaching from their instructor via phone and email. This support keeps the project management processes going and gives participants assistance in applying the principles and techniques they learned to their projects at work.
