Online PM Training Programs
Eliminate the need to pull everyone away from work for 2 or 3 days and avoid travel expenses. We can adhere to your timetable or allow each participant to work at their pace and as their schedule permits.
Everyone will work on a case study similar to the projects they do at work.
Your people can all participate in virtual web meetings with their instructor for questions and discussions of how to apply what they're learning during the course.
We can also provide periodic status reports so you know how everyone is progressing.
The Program Typically Includes:
- Textbook reading
- Online lectures available 24/7
- Videos of project managers using “good” and “bad” techniques
- Customized case study-based assignments for “hands-on” practice
- Project management software instruction
- Filmed presentations to practice their communication skills
- Scheduled online group discussions with the instructor for tips on using these techniques on their real projects
- Private phone calls with each participant to answer questions and provide assistance
Online classes range from $800-$1100 per participant depending on the degree of customization.
1 Year of Support
Participants will also receive 1 year of on-going coaching from their instructor via phone and email. This support keeps the project management processes going and gives participants assistance in applying the principles and techniques they learned to their projects at work.
