303 Strategy and Tactics in Project Management

A two-course advanced certification program for previously certified PMs with 5 or more years of project management experience. The program prepares you to manage complex projects and/or a portfolio of projects with techniques for:

• Strategic planning with clients & executives
• Sophisticated skills in team building
• Risk management
• Duration and cost estimating

How it works You work directly with a senior faculty member who has 15 or more years of project and portfolio experience. You get a textbook for each course, lectures on CDs and individual coaching on your assignments plus answers to your questions.

Advanced Technique Courses

You'll learn proven techniques for identifying measurable business requirements with sponsors/stakeholders, defining a controllable scope, assigning resources,and building plans that yield benefits to the organization.

Work directly with your PM mentor
Work one-on-one with your PM mentor and ask questions by phone or e-mail. Receive personal feedback and coaching on each homework assignment, always within 24 hours.
