303 Strategy & Tactics in Project ManagementThis course give executives who manage portfolios of projects the tools to improve their organizational processes for project management. Students learn a range of organizational process to improve project performance and then work with a senior 4PM.com consultant to craft a customized solution for their organization. The prerequisites are 10 plus years of experience in program in project management plus the completion of advanced project and program management training courses. Instructor approval required prior to enrolling. the focus of the course is research into the best practices for organizational project management and then the analysis of project processes in an organization. The student identifies flaws in the current processes and then design the program to implement improvement in the organization's overall success rates The course covers analysis of an organization's project management processes, the design and implementation planning of a program to improve project performance based on the student's recommendations. Three papers with live 1-to-1 review meetings with your instructor to review each paper over the web. |
