Dick Billows, PMP, GCA
Dick Billows PMP, has more than 20 years experience as a project and program manager both as a partner with an international consulting firm and as an executive with a Fortune 200 company. Over the last 12 years, Dick has consulted with and trained project & program managers for over 300 organizations. He is the author of 14 books and hundreds of articles on project and program management. Dick is president of 4PM.com and directs the firm's consulting, in-person seminars and web-based 1-to-1 training programs.
Dick began his career in project management with an international consulting firm where he successfully managed performance improvement, cost reduction and system development projects for clients across the United States and overseas for 12 years. Dick was then promoted to partner in Grant Thornton International (the fifth largest accounting and consulting firm in the world) and later assumed responsibility for the entire portfolio of client projects in the Western United States. Dick was then recruited by a Fortune 100 company to manage a 14 state region with responsibility for a portfolio of new product and regional expansion projects which led to 30% annual growth rate. In 1986, Dick formed 4PM.com to provide project management training and consulting for PMs and clients around the world.
Dick applies his experience implementing achievement-focused project methodologies for clients, which includes training for project managers and consulting with project sponsors and executives. His Achievement-driven Project Management (AdPM™) approach eliminates much of the needless paperwork and meetings seen so often in today project management. Instead, he brings a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes and on giving executives strategic control of their project portfolios.
Dick has written 14 books on project management as well as hundreds of articles on the subject of making project management more effective for project managers and their organizations. He directs the project mentors at 4PM.com and the delivery of one-on-one project management training over the Internet as well as in-person seminars for corporate clients. Dick also directs the project consulting practice at 4PM.com helping organizations manage strategic projects and implement 4PM’s Achievement-driven Project Methodolgoy(AdPM™) in their organizations.
He holds an undergraduate degree in economics and statistics from Johns Hopkins University, an MBA from the University of Colorado and has done doctoral work in organizational behavior at CU.

Mike Angerame
Mike Angerame is a National Operations Manager with Siemens Building Technologies in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. He supports Siemens contracting business across North America providing project management solutions, business and operations management development, and corporate review of project development, risk assessment and implementation.
He has a total of 28 years of building technologies and construction experience. His past experience includes 14 years managing sales and operations building technologies teams in commercial and industrial markets, five years designing and commissioning commercial and industrial HVAC control systems and nine years of service as an electrician installing commercial and industrial power systems. His educational background includes an Associate of Mechanical Engineering from North Shore Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Lesley College.

Sally Mitsch, CAPM
Sally Mitsch uses her 20 years of experience as VP of Operations for a major national insurance company, to assist our clients in designing corporate project management programs. As an executive, Sally sponsored numerous information system, organizational process, and workflow reengineering projects, managing multiple project managers and programs. She understands an executive's information and process needs for controlling major programs and a portfolio of projects.

Heike Peters
Heike J. Peters is a PM mentor and consultant with The Hampton Group, Inc. a.k.a. 4PM.com, and works as an independent IT/business consultant. She has more than ten years of project management experience in wholesale business and the chemical industry, and a total of 15 years of business experience in the process industry including positions in customer service, sales, and marketing. Vijay Verma
Vijay Verma has over 20 years of project management experience. He is the group leader in the Planning Department at TRIUMF, a federally-funded research laboratory located at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada where he provides project management services for projects varying in size, complexity and resources.
Verma is a registered professional engineer and has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in electrical engineering and a Master's in Business Administration. He has developed and taught courses in project management, business administration and MIS at the University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, the British Columbia Institute of Technology, the Open Learning Agency and the Society of Management Accountants. Vijay has presented papers and workshops at PMI, IPMA and engineering conferences.
Vijay is the author of Organizing Projects for Success , 1995; Human Resource Skills for the Project Manager , 1996; and Managing the Project Team , 1997.

Elizabeth Graves CAPM, MSS
Elizabeth Graves, CAPM, earned her project management certification from Colorado State University and has been a consulting associate with 4PM for three years. She is active in our web-based PM consulting and in-person training program. Her previous project management experience includes work for a large automotive dealership and national telecommunications company. Elizabeth has a BA from Hollins University and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in team development from the University of Colorado.
Leslie Schiefelbein earned her project management certification from Colorado State University and has been a consulting associate with 4PM for three years. Prior to working at the Hampton Group, Leslie has worked on many projects with previous employers American Family Insurance and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. She is also active in our web-based PM consulting. In addition to holding her PMI® Certification, Leslie has a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is pursuing graduate work in statistics. |
